In particular, the tank received a modular dynamic protection of the third generation, which is able to withstand modern anti-tank weapons. A 125-millimeter gun, for example, now demonstrates a heap of shooting. Despite the systems and systems installed during the modernization, the weight of the T-90MS did not exceed 50 tons, which makes it one of the most mobile tanks in its class.

According to the Director General of the Ural design Bureau of transport engineering Andrey Terlikov, the T-90MS has equipment for network-centric wars. We are talking about the equipment of a single control system tactical link. The head of Uralvagonzavod told reporters, answering a question about the domestic combat vehicle presented at the exhibition IDEX-2019 in Abu Dhabi.

The so-called ESU TK will be able to obtain data on the functioning of the new t – 90MS fire control system, based on a set of daily stabilized sights of the commander and gunner. Earlier, Western military experts, after analyzing the published materials on “Armata” and “Breakthrough-3”, came to the conclusion that the T-90MS due to noise-resistant GPS/GLONASS receiver and ESU TK will be able to integrate with the T-14. Armata will be able to remotely target the T-90MS and report imminent threats.
